Operating Principle:
Processing of structural timber for chalet construction / log house manufacturing. The beams can be machined in a single pass.

Robust welded construction design. The machine (horizontal and vertical milling unit) is equipped with 4 special milling motors, with hardened and ground guides for maximum machining precision. The carriage is guided by dust-protected and preloaded ball bearing rollers.

Working area up to 200 x 250 mm. Complete and ready to operate, with contactor control system; motors protected by thermal relays. Electrical equipment for 380 V, 50 Hz, with safety covers; central connection for customer-side chip extraction; with 2 eccentric clamps; without milling tool (rebate cutter).

With hydro-pneumatic horizontal and vertical feed, electrically controlled together with the starting of the milling motors. Rapid traverse and feed are infinitely adjustable. Completely wired and installed, including air maintenance unit.

Logs thicker than 14 cm must be machined in two clampings. Such logs must be moved forward by the amount of the excess thickness for subsequent milling. Protective covers with gas spring counterbalance over moving parts.
