Uhlmann USP

Uhlmann Serialization Platform (USP) and Uhlmann Line controller with track & trace software.
Equipment is from 2017 is has been used for marking packed and closed cartons with variable data
including 2D matrix code in clean environment.
The variable data and setup for serialization coding is performed via the line controller and
downloaded to the USP.

The USP is a stand-alone equipment and the process flow is from left to right. The process steps are:
- Receive closed cartons via belts
- Print variable data via Wolke inkjet print cassettes (2 pcs)
- Check variable data using vision system
- Cartons rejected by vision system are pushed out using compressed air
- Cartons approved by vision system proceed to outfeed
The equipment will need support by Uhlmann to be used as serialization station.
