Longitudinal cutting line with two multi rip saws.
Line is dedicated for longitudinal cutting of wooden logs. Every multi rip saw is equipped with one automatic adjustable movable saw. Maximal wood yield and capacity may be reached. Automatic adjustable saw allows adjustment of cutting pattern for every single log.
Line consists of:
1. Multirip saw for first cut Raimann ProfiRip KR 310M No.06323,
2. Connecting transporter ATQL+G 4000 Nr. 06792,
3. Multirip saw for second cut Raimann ProfiRip KR 310M No.06324.

1. Multirip saw for first cut Raimann ProfiRip KR 310M No.06323. This machine performs first cut. Machine is equipped with one automatic adjustable movable saw and two fest standing saws. Log is forwarded via toothed chain, so maximal stability is acquired. Feeding speed with steples adjustment. Cutting path of every caw is displayed via laser.

Machine is equipped with one automatic adjustable movable saw and two fest standing saws. Log is forwarded via toothed chain, so maximal stability is acquired. Feeding speed with steples adjustment. Cutting path of every caw is displayed via laser.
