Electric pizza oven Moretti Forni Neapolis 6 with fermentation chamber
The baking surface or floor inside the oven is made of "biscotto" bricks, which ensures perfect heat distribution in all baking areas, making this oven particularly suitable for Neapolitan pizza. Electronic temperature control, independent ceiling and floor power control, coiled heating elements. The oven is equipped with a highly insulated door that can be removed. Maximum firing temperature is 510°C (950°F). The chamber is made of painted steel construction, with wheels and a safety brake. The maximum chamber temperature is 65°C (150°F).
Functionalities:
• Resistor heating with bare wire coil with optimized temperature balancing
• Maximum temperature of 510°C (950°F)
• Patented self-stabilizing internal deflectors located on the dome surface of the furnace chamber to reduce leakage and ensure even heat distribution
• Electronic temperature control with independent ceiling and floor adjustment
• Continuous temperature monitoring with a thermocouple
• Steam circulation adjustable via manual valve
