Staffing: Only 3 personnel per shift needed for full operation.
Filling Capacity: 900 - 1,200 liters per hour.
Shelf Life: 24 months without preservatives for Ice tea, thanks to UHT technology and a specialized disinfection/rinsing system.
Bottling Temperature Range: 5-40 °C
Heat Treatment: Sterilization temperatures between 60-150 °C (UHT) with a duration of 45 seconds.

- Full Automatic Aseptic rinsing filling capping 3 in 1 Monoblock with empty bottle sterilizer system (3000 BPH):
Filling capacity: 2500 BPH, PLC touch screen controls the whole process, automatic bottle sterilizer, automatic cap sterilizer, pick and place capping system, CIP washer head with connection, Prominent Ozone Generator.

This offer does NOT include additional equipment such as tanks, labelling machine, bottle blowing machine, wrapping machine etc.

Bigger bottle is possible with minor modifications. Please provide required bottle size and I’ll check.
