Beskrivelse
Project Sale: Complete Inlet Screening Plant
The offered system consists of 6 band screens (5 in operation and 1 in standby), designed to handle a total daily flow of 150,000 m³ of wastewater. The screens are based on a perforated plate design and operate continuously depending on flow conditions.
🏭 The System
Incoming wastewater is distributed among the operating screens. The screens retain solid particles larger than 8 mm, allowing water and smaller particles to pass through. The retained solids are conveyed upwards and scraped off at the top before being transferred into a screw conveyor system.
The screw conveyors transport the screenings to a screenings wash press, which removes excess water and compresses the material. The dewatered screenings are discharged to containers via a closed pipe system.
_____
📊 Key Data and Capacities
• The screening facility is located at the inlet of a municipal wastewater treatment plant serving up to 350,000 PE (Population Equivalent).
• The system is sold as a complete unit, including all mechanical and electrical components, control cabinets, and technical documentation.
