General Description
The CRONOSSTECH CHP series H-type single-acting hydraulic presses are designed for sheet metal forming, deep drawing, straightening, and heavy-duty pressing applications that require high tonnage. The 8-guideway H-frame structure distributes the high forces generated during pressing evenly, ensuring maximum rigidity, precision, and long-lasting operation. The CHP 1000 model is developed to provide reliable and stable performance for heavy industrial production lines.
CHP Series – Structural Features
CHP series presses are engineered considering heavy industrial conditions. The frame and main carrier constructions are stress-relieved using vibration methods. Thanks to bronze Zr14 guide bearings, a uniform load distribution and high precision are achieved throughout the ram movement.
