Zeiss CNC coordinate measuring machine - overhauled in 2018 - run less than 2h weekly.
According to Zeiss technician, machine is in top condition. Especially ceramic plate and guide rails are in mint condition. In addition, provision including the latest software update.

Passive scanning sensor system: VAST XXT TL3 ID coded 18-pole, for use on RDS with RDS-XXT ID platter
